Coleman Sundome 6 Person Tent Review
The Coleman Sundome 6 Person Tent may not look as big as other 6 person tent but it does have enough space for a small family. This tent is great to use during the warm weather.
There’s one door at the front of the tent and another big window at the back. There’s no need to worry about the ventilation though because the upper part of the walls are made of mesh. There are also ground vents to keep you and your family cool at night.
The Coleman Sundome 6 Person tent has storage pockets within the tent’s walls so you can have a place to for your small items.
It comes with an e-port so you can loop an extension line in your tent to plug in your electronics.
The Coleman’s WeatherTec system helps keep you and your family dry in the tent in case of rain. If you want extra protection, I suggest adding a ground sheet underneath the tent.
Pros
Easy Setup – Because of the Coleman’s dome design, it makes it easy to setup the tent within minutes.
Ventilation – The inside of the tent is nice and airy thanks to the vents and the mesh walls.
Affordable – This 6 person tent is a great value for your money especially if this will be your first family tent.
Cons
Ideal for summer only – Although this tent is made to handle all kinds of weather, I wouldn’t recommend using this tent during more rainy weather.
Poles – The poles can be a bit sharp so you need to be careful when sliding it through the tent to avoid rips.
One area only – There’s only one common area for the tent and no separation.
