Foxbar Falls campground is around 2.5 hrs from Brisbane and not more than 15 mins from Stanthorpe. Getting there is easy with sealed roads and once you arrive you'll be greeted with all the spectacular scenery the Granite Belt has to offer. The Foxbar Falls campsite has all the necessities including toilets, showers, potable water, dump point and powered sites. You and your dogs will be welcome here whether you're just pitching a tent or touring around in your motorbike, RV or caravan. There is plenty to do when camping here, such as going for hike along the  the local bush walks, marvelling at the waterfalls, fishing, cooling off with a swim in the lake or keeping warm with your own designated fire pit.

Is Foxbar Falls a dog friendly campsite?

Yes

Dogs are allowed at Foxbar Falls but with some restrictions if you plan on pitching camp at Lakeside Trees, Mountain View, Lakeside Suynny, Q and Archers. At the above campsites you're limited to either one large dog of any size, or two smaller dogs where they are both under 20kg. You're permitted to take your dogs on local walks and in the dams, but they are to stay leashed. If dogs display unruly behavour or bark excessively then you may be asked to leave.

Is Foxbar Falls a powered campsite?

Yes

Power generators are not permitted on the campground, but there are sites which are marked as having power, and these will cost extra. They will also require a 15A power lead but and you'll only have access to one power point.

Are fires allowed at Foxbar Falls campsite?

Yes

Woodfires are allowed when fire bans permit. There are fire pits provided or you can bring your own, but the camp fire should be fully extinguished with water at the end of the night. Firewood can be bought from the office.

In Queensland fire bans can be either at the State or Local level. Check the Queensland Fire and Emergency Services for more information.

Are there 4WD and 4x4 offroad tracks near Foxbar Falls?
